Scope of these terms

These terms govern use of the McLeod Auto Sales website and its informational tools. McLeod Auto Sales is the Dealership. Relevant Dealer provides website technology and related services; it is not the seller of vehicles or a lender by reason of providing this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

These terms do not replace a signed purchase agreement, Buyers Guide, warranty, service contract, credit application authorization, lender agreement, or separate business-services agreement. Those documents govern the applicable transaction or service. A website inquiry, appointment request, or financing estimate does not itself create a vehicle sale or financing contract.

Vehicle information, prices, and availability

Inventory, prices, offers, mileage, equipment, photographs, vehicle-history information, and availability may change and may contain errors or delays. Vehicles are subject to prior sale. Confirm the specific vehicle, equipment, condition, price, and applicable offer terms with the Dealership before making a purchase decision. Images may include stock or representative images.

Unless expressly included in a displayed total, taxes, title, registration, and applicable charges are additional. A $225 documentation fee applies in addition to the advertised base vehicle price; where a displayed total already includes it, it is not charged a second time. Your final written transaction documents control the agreed price and itemized charges.

The Dealership may correct website errors, but nothing in these terms permits misleading advertising or limits obligations imposed by applicable consumer-protection law.

Financing, trades, and appointments

Payment calculators, buying-power tools, trade estimates, and prequalification information are estimates, not commitments to lend, guaranteed approvals, or binding offers to buy your vehicle. Actual terms depend on lender approval, creditworthiness, vehicle eligibility, down payment, taxes, fees, and other applicable conditions. Review the assumptions and disclosures shown with each tool.

A financing submission is subject to the separate disclosures and authorizations presented in the application. Merely browsing this website does not authorize a credit inquiry. Trade values are subject to inspection, verification, payoff information, and final agreement. Appointment requests are subject to confirmation.

Communications and information you provide

Provide accurate information and submit another person’s information only with appropriate authority. The Dealership and its providers may use your information to respond to your request, as described in the privacy notices and form disclosures.

Consent to marketing calls or texts is governed by the separate choices presented when collected and is not created merely by using this website. Where offered, marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; use the stated opt-out instructions.

Authorized business users and Google integrations

Administrative and analytics features are available only to authorized users. Protect your credentials, use only accounts and properties you are permitted to access, and notify support@relevantdealer.com of suspected unauthorized access.

Connecting Google Analytics authorizes the read-only access described in the Website Privacy Notice. You may disconnect the integration or revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Reporting depends on Google’s availability, permissions, processing delays, and data quality. Analytics estimates and automation classifications are informational, not guarantees of unique people, buying intent, or bot identity.

Acceptable use and website content

Do not use the website unlawfully, submit fraudulent requests, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or interfere with the service. Do not copy or exploit protected website content except as permitted by law or with the relevant owner’s permission.

Website text, designs, logos, photographs, and software belong to their respective owners. Access to the website does not transfer intellectual-property rights. The Dealership or its providers may restrict access to protect security or address misuse, subject to applicable law.

Third-party services and automated tools

The website may link to third-party websites or use tools for maps, financing, vehicle information, communications, and analytics. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. A link does not guarantee the third party’s content or performance.

Automated assistants and estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm material vehicle, pricing, financing, warranty, and legal details with dealership personnel and the applicable written documents before relying on them.

Website availability and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the website and informational tools are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information useful and current.

To the extent permitted by law, the Dealership and Relevant Dealer are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or alter express warranties, written transaction obligations, or nonwaivable consumer rights. These website terms do not determine whether a particular vehicle is sold with a warranty; review its Buyers Guide and purchase documents.

Changes, applicable law, and contact

These terms may be updated; the date above identifies the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any required notice. Texas law and applicable federal law govern these website terms, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live. Separate transaction agreements may contain their own dispute-resolution provisions; these terms do not add an arbitration requirement or class-action waiver.
